Terms & Conditions for Training Packages

Please review the following terms and conditions before subscribing to any training package:

• Individual Pricing: The prices listed for the training packages are per trainee only.

• Refund Policy: Payments are strictly non-refundable once completed. This is due to strict scheduling and room/slot reservations, as cancellations prevent waitlisted trainees from enrolling.

• Class Rescheduling: We kindly request your understanding that classes cannot be easily postponed due to fixed schedules. However, for the 8-session package, up to (4) classes may be rescheduled, provided that the Academy is notified via WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

• Package Schedules:

  • 4-Session Package: 1 class per week.

  • 8-Session Package: 2 classes per week.

• Academy-Initiated Postponements: If a class is postponed by the Academy for any reason, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Tournament & Unforeseen Postponements: Classes may be postponed due to tournaments or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the postponed classes will be rolled over to the same days and times in the following week.

• Fixed Slots & Renewal Priority: Class days and times are agreed upon in advance and remain fixed every week. Subscribers enjoy priority to renew their subscription for the exact same days and time slots.

• Class Duration: Classes start promptly at their scheduled time and last for 45 minutes.

• Trainer Preferences: We strive to accommodate your preferred trainer; however, we cannot guarantee that every class will be conducted by the same trainer.
