Terms & Conditions for Training Packages

Please review the following terms and conditions before subscribing to any training package:

• Individual Pricing: The prices listed for the training packages apply to one trainee only.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Payments are non-refundable once completed. This is due to scheduling commitments and spot reservations, which prevent waitlisted trainees from enrolling.

• Class Rescheduling Policy: Session rescheduling is generally not permitted due to fixed pre-arranged schedules. However, a maximum of (4) sessions may be rescheduled in a 8-session package, provided the academy is notified via WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

• Package Schedules:

  • 4-Session Package: 1 session per week.

  • 8-Session Package: 2 sessions per week.

• Academy-Initiated Rescheduling: If a class is postponed by the academy for any reason, it will be rescheduled at no additional fee.

• Tournaments & Circumstantial Postponements: Classes may be postponed due to hosting a tournament or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, sessions will be rolled over to the exact same days and times in the following week.

• Fixed Time Slots & Renewal Priority: Class days and times must be agreed upon in advance and will remain fixed weekly. Active subscribers enjoy priority when renewing the same schedule for subsequent subscriptions.

• Session Duration: Classes start strictly at their scheduled times and last for 45 minutes.

• Coach Allocation: While we strive to assign your preferred coach, we cannot guarantee that all sessions will be conducted by the same instructor.
