Training Packages Terms and Conditions:

• The prices shown in the training packages apply to one trainee only.
• We regret that no training sessions can be postponed by the trainee, as sessions are pre-scheduled and coordinated with the group.
• No refunds will be issued after payment, due to fixed scheduling and to avoid losing opportunities for trainees on the waiting list.
• If a session is postponed by the academy for any reason, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• If the weather conditions are unsuitable for training (such as rain or heavy dust reducing visibility, as determined by the academy), the session will be moved indoors, where it will be either a theoretical session or an indoor exercise session. It may also be rescheduled without extra fees. Trainee attendance is still required, as the weather may become suitable for training at the scheduled time.
• Sessions may be postponed due to competitions or other circumstances, in which case the sessions will be moved to the same days and times in the following week.
• Session days and times are agreed upon in advance and remain fixed weekly until the package is completed.
• If a session is postponed by the academy, it will automatically be held on the same days and times in the following week.
• Each session starts at the beginning of the hour and ends after 50 minutes.
• The academy will make every effort to provide the requested coach, but it cannot guarantee that all sessions will be with the same coach.
• I hereby acknowledge and agree to the photographing and video recording of children, and to the use of such photos and videos on the academy’s social media accounts without prior permission.
